During all stages of the translation process we maintain close contact with you so we can clarify ambiguous terms, indicate possible irregularities in the original text and consistency issues. This close collaboration with clients means we always produce high quality and accurate medical translations.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We understand the importance of confidentiality and proprietary of our clients’ documentation and information, and therefore we have a strict confidentiality policy in place to keep your documents secure. Our policy is part of our ISO certified process and applies to each and every translation project. Everyone who comes into contact with your documents and information, from the Project Manager and the translator to the editor and proofreader, is bound by a non-disclosure agreement and they understand the importance of keeping your proprietary information safe.
Furthermore, we will also sign additional confidentiality agreements with your company if it is your company’s policy. To further protect your information we also have secure firewall protection, secure ftp, daily backups and secure file storage, secure shredding of hard copies and, if required, document encryption. Documents will only ever be distributed to and seen by the employees and language vendors who are specifically working your project.
